Terms and ConDITIONS - applies to all visitors upon entering

1. One player at a time on the platform; please swing only at the designated spot. All other players must stay behind the safety line.

2. Please be gentle and handle all equipment with care and respect the other players around you.

3. Driver on the tee ONLY; please do not tee off with irons/woods.

4. Players are under surveillance and are expected to follow all safety rules; players will be financially responsible for damages to any @GolfHouse equipment due to negligent acts and/or not following safety rules.

5. Memberships cannot be refunded and cannot be transferred to others.

6. Range card members are responsible for lost hour package cards; please use the card within the expiration date. 

7. Report any equipment malfunctions /injuries/accidents immediately to @GolfHouse staff.

8. @GolfHouse may use images/videos taken from our premises of the players for promotional purposes without compensations to customers.

9. @GolfHouse is not responsible for any lost items. Please keep an eye on your belongings.

10. @GolfHouse is not responsible for any injuries caused by players not following the rules and/or not being aware of their surroundings. Visitors to @GolfHouse agree to indemnify @Golfhouse and its staff, officers, director, and agents against any and all claims, actions, lawsuits, damages and judgment, including attorney's fees, arising out of or relating to his/her participation in activities at the venue. 

11. Please make sure your shoes are clean before you enter the studio.  Wear safe shoes (tennis/golf shoes) if you are practicing/playing. 

12. @GolfHouse has the right to remove anyone from our premises for any and all inappropriate actions that may negatively affect other customers.
